You’ve got your domain name? Great — find a web hosting service, get them to host it. They will have a FAQ that will tell you how and where to load your web pages: it will vary depending on your host.

You have to put the server name or IP number where you bought your domain name.
You have to have a FTP program to move your page to the server.
You have to have the software to talk to the server, whether it be Dream Weaver, Front Page, etc. These 2 have the FTP program in them.
You have to have a file names "index." That will be your main page and the page that opens up when people put your domain name in the http window.
Ta da! You have a web site.
What software are you going to use?
All the answers I see above are for the latter, your own server, but if you just want "www.me.com" to point to your current blog, that's much easier, and much cheaper (so long as you are willing to choose a name "www.me.com" that isn't already in use ... beware that all the nice short .com names are taken.)
