I'm seeing a lot of question marks inside a black box, when apostrophes and quotation marks are in some of the text. Is this something with my Firefox browser or is it FR?

Wow! I switched over to Opera and now I see it to! Glad I use MS IE7!
I like ice cream.
"I see question marks."
Why would you want to?

I was getting it alot Wends. when trying to post a reply and I don’t even have a computer......
Webtv.
The ‘search’ mechanism is broken, fyi. It doesn’t work to find “users” - - the mechanism converts those searches to “title”. So, for example, if I try to find posts by John Robinson, I can’t. However, if I try, I might find threads with “John Robinson” in the title.
Thanks.
Well, it’s five in the morning and the only thing I’m seeing are these:

It's not that easy for me. I've got the night crew storming the patch panels trying to get it right.
Same here, it’s an encoding problem with the site more than likely.
display the html source and see if there’s garbage characters in the original text
that’s what i found to be the problem

I see Question Socks.
Dang - all I see are little squares. But I'm on a DoD computer...I'll see the quesiton socks a little later when I'm on Normal Network.
The DoD does not want us to see question socks.
Never question the socks.
