Prayer Request for Jim Robinson
Original post: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/1995434/posts?page=1

Sorry about being gone all day yesterday. I was at the VA hospital where a team of doctors and cardiovascular surgeons were examining my legs and trying to come up with a treatment plan for the circulatory problem I've been fighting for the last several years. The good news is they think they can save my legs! Hurrah!

And I will probably be out most of today too. I'm going back to the VA this morning for some sonogram tests. More on that on another thread later. By the way, I was really impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, concern, care and respect the VA staff gives to our veterans. These people are great!

Hi Jim! thank you so much for the update. I have been wondering how you were doing. So glad to hear that the surgery is over and you are doing well. My husband had a double heart by pass last Nov 27 and he has recovered miraculously Thanks be to God. My prayers ask the same recovery for you. God Bless.

There are great VA hospitals, good ones, and some not so good. Hope he’s in one of the great ones.

Hey Jim the only guy I ever heard that used a big toe was Sgt Hulka in Stripes but you can kick arse well enough without one.

Prayers,

Great news JR!! Happy for you.

As far a big toes go mine tend to be in the way and mine have been smashed many times over the years so I fairly certain they are not critical!!!!

Holy Father, Precious Lord,

We exalt You and praise You for Your mighty works in healing Your servant Jim. We trust in You to see him through every challenge and every victory in his recovery. Thank You that even in the midst of trial, You are there to work every bit of if for Jim's good and for Your glory. We thank You for this wonderful man who has been such a blessing to us all, and we pray that You would continue Your good work in him until Christ's return. In the Name of Jesus, Amen.
