Another Vanity on how we gave the Socialists control of our Republic

This might not be FRpolitically correct, but I’m gonna say it anyway:

If Bush didn’t consistantly make so many over-the-top type errors, there would be no Surge in the Dem-Demento voting block.

If the Bush presidency was actualy a "conservative" one, (remember: smaller government, let the people run their own lives, absent the Freddy Kreuger hand of State run beurocracies)

Now we have a whole PLANET whothink that conservative principals and philosopies are worth a damn.

And I don’t think this is accidental.

That said, Bush is who he is. I think the victors of history will vindicate him.

However, while ‘Bush bashing’ is obviously extremely juvenille, I think he did quite well, as per the script.

That script being,, for some crazy black “speechist” and his big government reality too come in and be the (collective) people’s ‘savior’.

Let’s face it right here: We did this to ourselves, because false dictotomies have become our masters.

I welcome "flamentary" while reiterating the fact that we are the only ones to blame for our Party’s demise, by embracing the Clintonian and CFR policy of “nationbuilding” which ,as I recall circa 2000, Conservatives weren’t exceptionaly fond of.

And some still wonder why we got McCain....

What are all conservatives throughout the U.S. truly supposed to do next? Roll over, and die? Have another civil war, and how could such a thing be successfully carried out? Move to another country, and start over? Which country should the majority of conservatives move to anyways, if this truly is the definitive solution?

CFR objectives:

Promotion of free trade between all nations regardless of communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war
Promotion of the need to raise children away from the “negative” influence of parents
Usage of technical decisions in the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights
Promotion of the United Nations as the “only hope for mankind”
Disintegration of the family as an institution and encourage promiscuity and easy divorce
Elimination of prayer or any phrase of religious expression in the schools on the grounds that it violates the principles of “separation of church and state”
Elimination of the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis
Acquisition of all key positions in radio, TV, and motions pictures
Infiltrate the press and gain control of book reviews, editorial writing, policymaking positions
Takeover of the education system in order to promote New World Order viewpoints to children

Sound familiar?

I believe you pretty much nailed it all.

Yep, that is what happened. More interesting would be, where were we when all of this happened?

Better yet, where are we now. Seems we all are still settling for more of the same.

“where were we when all of this happened”

I was non-political and apathetic, having a damn good time not worrying about this crap.

Now I’m up to my eyeballs and sinking fast, worrying about the future of this country. I have a feeling I was not alone then and I hope I’m not alone now.

Oh you aren’t alone FRiend. I would give half of the blame yo apathetic and non-political, the other half I attribute to downright sneakiness and greed of elected leaders.

It would be interesting to know just how much legislation has been passed by using the same tactics as the CIR bill last summer.

You notice, we always usually find out after the dirty deed is done and the Congressmen are all fat and happy.
