Woman Charged With 'Line Rage' Beating at Disney World Friday, March 21, 2008 A woman’s trip to the Magic Kingdom was hardly a walk in the park after she says she was beaten up by a woman in a ‘line rage’ incident. Aimee Krause says Victoria Walker accused her of cutting into the line at the Mad Tea Cup ride last year at Disney World, MyFOXOrlando reports. Walker, an Alabama native, could face 15 years behind bars if convicted of battery with a deadly weapon. Krause has now filed additional charges claiming her children were also attacked. “She came from behind just screaming,” Krause told MyFOXOrlando. “Next thing I knew she kicked me in my left leg, threw me to the ground and at that point I was pinned between the teacup and the saucer and she continued to beat up on my body.” In the incident report, Krause claimed Walker tried to choke her with a lanyard she wore to hold water bottles around her neck, MyFOXOrlando reports. During a deposition Monday, Walker declined to accept a plea deal that would have given her a one-year jail sentence. Jury selection for the ‘Tea Cup Madness’ trial will begin in April.

I wonder if there's ever been a fight over getting onto "It's a Small World"?

Are you kidding - small world is the worst ride in history. I think the fights would break out if you tried to force people on the ride.

Anybody else here old enough to remember when you bought a book of tickets for the rides at Disney World?

They were lettered from A to E, as I recall, and the A ticket was only good for the Main Street Trolley ride, and the E ticket was for the big rides.

I seem to recall that the Teacup ride was a B ticket, and there wasn’t much else to use B tickets on, so the Teacup ride was the one you went on last, after you spent the rest of your tickets on the “good” rides.

I guess I should have put a /s next to my post. I think we should transfer the prisoners at Gitmo up to Orlando and chain them to one of the boats on that ride.

My father told me about that. He went to the park right after it opened.

My aunt filmed the entire bleeping ride on her camcorder. She though it was “adorable”. Shudder.

I think the only reason Disney keeps it is because Walt liked it.

I think the Haunted Mansion and the Pirates of the Carribbean were my favorite rides. Even as an adult I liked them.
Unfortunatley, there was no Keira Knightly in my boat.

I think there is some wierd thing about spreading peoples ashes in the Haunted Mansion.

Victoria Walker! You've just been arrested at Disneyland. What are you going to do next?

I'm going to Jail!

Did you know that Walt actually designed the Parks to keep the riffraff out? It was part of the plan that by building the Disney World out in the middle of nowhere Florida, far from any large urban centers, that only the middle class could afford to make the trek and stay for a week.

See this is the problems that prosperity brings.

Sure I remember them, used them. My folks lived about 20 miles from DisneyLand and when friends from Arizona would come over and stay they would all go to DisneyLand. They would always leave their unused tickets which of course we used.

E tickets. I remember when one of the astronauts mentioned that his space ride was an E ticket and most people did not know what he was talking about.
I think you could also buy a book with all E tickets. I loved going to Disney with grandparents they always bought that book.
