Which are you going to buy, Elephants or Dogwood? No, I haven’t read “The Three Junes” but just looked it over on B&N and have added it to my wish list. Thanks for the recommendation. It’s hard to find quality fiction, and sometimes I want to read for entertainment, not something that is full of hidden meaning and requires a lot of analysis resulting in my headache.
I’m going to buy Elephants. Actually found 3 Junes AND Elephants at our local thrift store yesterday but didn’t know anything about either so only bought 3 Junes.
Got home, looked up reviews of 3 J’s on Amazon and they recommended Elephant. So now I have to get BACK to thrift store and hope it’s still there for ONE DOLLAR!
The reason I bought the 3 J’s was Richard Russo gave a wonderful review on the back of the book and he’s one of my favorite writers.
