I’m going to buy Elephants. Actually found 3 Junes AND Elephants at our local thrift store yesterday but didn’t know anything about either so only bought 3 Junes.
Got home, looked up reviews of 3 J’s on Amazon and they recommended Elephant. So now I have to get BACK to thrift store and hope it’s still there for ONE DOLLAR!
The reason I bought the 3 J’s was Richard Russo gave a wonderful review on the back of the book and he’s one of my favorite writers.

I think you will love Water For Elephants. I resisted reading it for a year because I didn’t think I’d like a circus book but my brother kept insisting I read it. Glad I did. Feel free to Freepmail me after you read it because I’d love to hear what you think.
