I am reading the series of Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins, Left Behind, A Novel of the Earth’s Last Days.
I must say they have an imagination....
Atlas Shrugged-by Ayn Rand
The Law-by Frederic Bastiat
Destructive Generation-by Horowitz/Collier
Harrison Bergeron-by Kurt Vonnegut
Modern Times-by Paul Johnson
Yes, I finished it this morning. The last few chapters move quickly and need to be read at one sitting. Kind of “spooky” and good for dog lovers. It is not a tear jerker like some recent ones. (”Spike!)
Hope this is not a repeat answer.
Freeper Authors:
Jeff Head’s Dragons Fury series......

Travis Mcgee’s Trilogy ( last one is in progress)

I like this one:
http://www.amazon.com/Anti-Federalist-Constitutional-Convention-Debates-Classics/dp/0451528840
The Anti-Federalist Papers and Notes from the Constitutional Convention Debates.
It gives the other side of the conversation going on in the Federalist Papers, along with speeches from detractors. Really helpful to understanding the political context of the creation of our Constitution.
