If I was Hillary, I would tell my staff to over-tip, be over-diligent. This is where she doesn't have a clue on how to respect the "common" people. As Dick Morris states, "Hillary still has the first nickel she ever earned." Hillary only wants to spend our money - not hers. Afterall, she deducts her husband's used underwear as a charitable deduction on their income tax return when she was 1st lady of Arkansas.
