The Republican Party is no longer an appendage of my face but rather has morphed into more of a growth on my buttocks. Today I had that hemorrhoid removed and formally joined the Conservative Party. You can have your Progressive Lite, as for me I believe that our greatest threat still emanates from within. Let Freedom reign!

I’d call him a lot of things but not a traitor. I don’t care for McCain but to me the bigger enemy is Obamasama or Billary. Your suggestion would had it over to the Dem.

McCain will stay in Iraq and not slice and dice our military, best scenario, he is tough on the WOT.

Yes, he'll wanna stay in Iraq. I wonder how Generalisimo McCain's micromanagement of Iraq & the rest of the GWOT would play out.

This is my guy!!

Pat Paulsen for President

He’s back, and still better than all the rest.

Who was this quiet, soft-spoken son of a Norwegian immigrant, whom Hubert Humphrey angrily accused of causing his loss in the 1968 election, whom Bobby Kennedy called “ruthless”, who turned American politics on its head, and paved the way for a new generation of presidential candidates?

Look what he's done already and he hasn't even been exhumed yet. Just wait 'till we really get going!!

PAT PAULSEN BEATS KUCINICH IN MICHIGAN PRIMARY January 22nd, 2008

PRESS RELEASE

JAN-22-DETROIT, MI - Even deceased, presidential candidate Pat Paulsen managed to garner more votes than Democratic candidate Kucinich in several precincts of Michigan’s January 15th primary.

Paulsen’s two-week Michigan effort to get out the vote on a Democratic ballot that featured Hillary Clinton, Dennis Kucinich, Mike Gravel, Christopher Dodd and the ultimate second-place finisher, UNCOMMITED, turned out to be a treasure trove of votes for Pat Paulsen.

In spite of the warnings posted by bureaucratic clerks that write-in votes would not be counted in the early Michigan Primary, hundreds of voters, both Democratic and Republican, exercised their conscience and their constitutional right to choose the next president of the United States by writing in Pat Paulsen on Tuesday, January 15, 2008.

“I’m not sure whether it was nostalgia or just a malaise with the useless primary,” said Lincoln Park, Michigan Mayor Frankie Vaslo, “but the Paulsen campaign ran a hard race in Lincoln Park precincts. His strong showing, I am sure, convinced Chris Dodd and Mike Gravel to gracefully exit the race.”

Some statements from Pat on the current scene.

Pat on honesty in politics….”I must choose my words carefully in order to avoid any negative interpretation. Among politicians, this is a tactic known as lying.”

Pat on Immigration….”I don’t want to say too much about illegal immigration. I’m afraid my views will be reported on the Cinco O’Clock News”.

Pat on the current candidates…”Obama? Huckabee? Guiliani? Romney? Kucinich? Whatever happened to the Washingtons, the Jeffersons, and the Johnsons? ….. Well, they’re playing basketball, most of ‘em

FORMIDABLE---thy name is PAT!!!

McCain wants NO borders. He wants a North America.
Bush wanted Harriet Miers we beat him.
We beat McCain-Kennedy before and we'll do it again if we have to.

A large chunk of voters writing in or not voting for that race won’t be remembered as much as a huge hunk of the populace voting 3rd party a la Perot.

People don’t remember write-ins or blanks....but they remember the huge percentage (relative) that Perot got.

If you'd like to vote a "protest" vote in KS on Saturday, Republican Caucus, you MUST only vote for one on our list (Romney and Thompson merely "suspended" their campaigns and have NOT thrown their supporters and delegates to McCain, then there is still Huckabee, Ron Paul and Alan Keys that one may select or maybe one is already your candidate of choice.)

Voters not selecting one of the remaining on list, will be tossed, not counted and otherwise, look like ALL voters voted FOR McCain.

We will treat any write-ins as blank votes and throw away!

Please come, vote and make a difference but only if you are a registered Republican, all others will not be allowed to dilute the Republican choice for their Presidential candidate.

"So turn the keys to the country over to a nut case?"

So you would prefer Hillary or Obama instead?

Before writing in a candidate, check your state law. In Oklahoma, write-ins invalidate your ballot. There are 6 other states with this law as well. I’m not willing to risk invalidating my ballot for worthy candidates I want to see/stay in office.

Either McCain has enough support from the center where our votes won't be needed to beat either of them or he doesn't. My vote means more to me than, "no where else to go". You think the proper role for conservatives in the GOP should be like blacks in the Donk party, taken for granted & getting thrown an occasional scrap from the table?
