My first posting - think I've done everything right but if not, feel free to delete, move, whatever's appropriate.
Came across this site of a firm making 20mm rifles amongst others and found that here in the UK, they're still legal. OK,OK, it would entail me moving house because the ranges at which I could shoot one are 100miles+ away and I would have to spend a lot of my savings and I'm currently in between jobs, so not currently feasible. But the prospect of owning one did cross my mind...and they are tempting...
Anyone own one of these/similar? What are they like to own/shoot?

You did everything right except for posting pictures.
Looks like a good rifle for plinking or small game.

I noticed the people in the background didn’t seem to mind the critter firing.
Biggest I got in the closet is only some .59s .

Find a job near the gun range!
Or GET a job AT the gun range!

Sorry, annything over 50 Browning is under the NFA of 1934. That means the available weapons, such as the 20mm Lahti are highly controlled and registered with the goverment.
If they are still legal for you to purchase, I'd spend the treasure, move the house, family, business and get one.

Try an elephant gun, if you can stand up to the kick , move on up, IE. .458 winchester, then you could try the 600 nirto if your shoulder isn’t broke yet.

Jmo, but that think looks like a recipe for collarbone tartar. I shoot a Winchester model 70 30-06, and after 10 rounds I get a bit tender. That thing looks like I’d be visiting the doc for a prosthetic. OUCH!

In my country we need the same type of licence for a 22 rimfire as we would for one of these (seriously) and anything with a rifled barrel, unless classed as an antique (no licence required unless you choose to shoot it), or an airgun within a certain power limit,is registered with the government.

I think he was half joshing ya’.
He’s right, though, we do have a gun-porn rule. Pictures required. I didn’t check, but the keyword ‘banglist’ should also be added if it isn’t there already.

You better climb up there and unscrew that cap off the barrel or you’re going to get a surprise when you shoot that baby!! : )
