Remember the series of ads for an Alaskan airline years ago? They were done by a guy whose name I can’t recall, but he was responsible for many of the truly great ads in those days, like “Where’s the beef?”.
One of the Alaskan ads had a passenger boarding and first class was like a scene from heaven, then when he went through the curtain to tourist it was like a scene from a street in Calcutta. Great spot.
They did a VCR, that tells you how long ago it was, game that used his ads as the basis for the game. You watched an ad and then answered trivia questions about the ad.
I have the VCR someplace, I will try to find it and refresh my failing memory as to the guy who made all those great spots.
Wish I could remember some more of his work. He was really creative and oh so funny!
