BTW, they did cheat...as evidenced by the fine and draft penalties.
A win is a win. According to Warner the Rams went over red zone plays in their final walkthru, and they never were in the red zone. So any filming, which is currently just a blind accusation from an anonymous “source”, didn’t play into it.
Yeah they cheated, and they got caught, and they got punished, and the world needs to get the hell over it. Where’s all this whining when teams get busted for violating the salary cap? Where’s all the carping when they get busted for tampering? Why are people so obsessed with this one? Teams get busted for something or another all the time, during the season, after the season, in the off season, it’s a constant drumbeat in sports. Yet this really dumb story, about the breaking of a really dumb rule, just won’t go away. What the hell is wrong with all you people?! Why won’t you let this boring stupid monotonous idiotic pathetic story die?!
How do the Rams’ turnovers factor into the discussion? How about Martz not running the ball when the Pats were playing 7-8 men back?
Rams should have won that game if not for turnovers and stupid coaching.
The were flagged this year. What does this year have to do with the SB in 2002?
