Good morning Lairites, hope that all of you have rested well. Now it is time for Kathy’s morning music to set the pace for the day. Once you have washed the Sandman's deposits from your eyes, it is time for many cups of hearty, dark and rich Columbian coffee.
This mornings breakfast is a simple one:
- Assorted Bagels are from a fine delicatessen in New York City
- Cream cheese
- Raspberry, Strawberry and Blueberry jams
- Sinful pastries filled with puddings
- Columbian Coffee
Enjoy,
Chef Tude

Dinner on Friday:
A plate they call 'Lover's Bouquet' with pork, beef, and chicken. Many sides (taters, maters, green stuff, cukes) and all on a platter sized plate.
Everything is either pounded flat or carved/shaved and then shaped into a flower.
I like food and can eat more than the average guy, but this fills me up.
This was second time I'd ordered it at this restaraunt, so the girl at least didn't ask "Are you sure?" as she took orders. (I'd also ordered a big Ceasar salad) She simply shook her head and said 'Da'.
With the name being what it is, it may be a meal for two. But it suffices, with the salad and some vodka chasers. LOL
