My Dragon Fly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly
and wing my way through the sky
I would never be shy
just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind
chase the comets tail for fun
by day we would hide from the sun
our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use
fireflies as our guide
we would dip and we would glide
through the heavens open wide
and scatter diamonds in the night sky
my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers
silent in the night...
to kiss their face in our flight
much to their surprise and delight
my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share
away up here in the air
of breezes soft through our hair
my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Yes
Night slips in on cat’s paws fleet
Silent as a dream, enfolding all within
Hiding all, be it quiet joy or raucous sin
And in the end, it leaves a pleasure sweet
A touch, a kiss, an oh so soft, soft caress
And hot passions carry sensibilities away
Perhaps returning with the rays of coming day
Before immodesty, imposes codes of dress
Sweet wine and wonderfully winsome ways
A wink, and a gentle hand to lead astray
On paths to explore together, till light of day
Here in the labyrinth of Love’s sweet maze

LOL...hey I try.
Here is almost 1930, so am ready to try to head to dinner and terrorize the locals. Or in my case, ogle the girls and stay out of trouble. No terror, just a good paying customer really.
Well, maybe I terrorize the girls by ogling. Perhaps just more "offensive" practice.
Need I remind you, I am to be the Minister of Defense?!
