... the perennial blooming of hope in the state of Georgia being dashed year after year must get to you ....

A great State, one of several southern States favored by Michigan retirees who finally save enough of their welfare checks to escape the drive-bys, rust and decay of "big" blooperland.

While I do not live in Georgia, it is worth noting that the Bulldogs are rated ahead of "big" bloop in both major polls despite a 2-1 record as compared with bloop's 3-0. I guess there is something to be said for playing strong opponents.

It must also be noted that 3 of the nation's top 4 and 4 of the top 7 teams this week are in the SEC. Only State Pen Penn State (which is the 11th team in the math challenged "big" 10) from "big" bloop's glitter hatted conference ranks in the top 10. Of course, you "big" blooper fans can always boast, "We're Number 23 in the AP Poll" (or even # 22 according to USA Today). Congratulations.

ps--another glitter hatted "big" 10 team spotted (Minnesota), losing to California. Maybe "big" bloop should copy this "big" 10 trend. At least "big" bloop's helmets would shine even when the team didn't.

*Yawns*

Blah, blah, blah.......polls......... blah, blah, blah.......Georgia is # 1 right? I read a poll that said so...............:-)

When your great conference actually wins one against us, I'll give you a hearty congratulations and another dollar towards your anger management fund.

11 and 2 must be a terrible burden to bear....

:-)
