A win is a win. Even if it comes versus such stalwart opponents as Western MichiganCharleston Southern, Eastern MichiganTroy, Delaware StateFloriduh International.
Yep, beating Notre Dame is just horrible compared to that daunting schedule.........
:-)
True powerhouses, one and all, each eager to play the national champions so that they might bask in the glorious light of a BCS Champion Team.
By the way, how many BCS championships has "big" bloop won? I search the records for the BCS Championship and can find only one "big" 10 victory and that by the team with the glitter on their helmets*). On the other hand, an SEC team is listed 5 times. I see a trend here ...
*what's up with the dinky little sweater worn by the glitterheads coach, regardless of the temperature? Is there something in the water up there (when it isn't frozen solid)?
Thank you for your support. Shockingly, others seem to agree with your assessment:
AP Top 25
1 Florida 2 Texas 3 USC 4 Alabama 5 Mississippi 5 Penn State 7 Brigham Young 8 California 9 LSU 10 Boise State
You will note the absence of a "big" 10 team unless one counts the "big" 10's eleventh team, State Pen Penn State. Surprisingly, four SEC teams are listed.
I suggest you call for a "do-over."
