ummm, not being familiar with the subtles of crow.... I'm gonna guess that it is a white meat? Does it taste like chicken, I wonder? uuuuuhmmm, possibly but no doubt real gamey. Sooooo, it would be a waste to serve a good wine, white or red, with such a dish. I'm thinking a good strong beer would be the best choice.

Being unfamiliar with crow cuisine, it being a dish seemingly preferred by our Michigan friend, I nevertheless suppose that a strong beer would help him in downing what is becoming as common to his New Year’s feast as black-eyed peas are to ours.
