It's beautiful if you like flat, dirty, chemical-laced water where the only signs of former life are the three-eyed floating fish that glow in the dark.

Couldn't help but notice the absolute absence of life in your "pristine" waters." No plants. No fish. No nothing. Empty. No wonder you all head south as soon as retirement strikes.
