My calendar says today it officially the first day of summer.

I can hardly wait until it gets hot. Not.

I always thought the first day of summer was the 21st. HOw does this work, based on the full moon? Someone pls explain.

I always thought the first day of summer was the 21st. HOw does this work, based on the full moon? Someone pls explain. Oh yes, I know the 21st is the longest day in the year and after that the days start to get shorter..and I hate early dark afternoons...
