I have NOT been lying down, fishing, or exercising, (did that this morning, but maybe more later) I have been building a souper-dooper-soup. I have used my biggest pot and it’s filled to the brim with every veggie you could think of. It’s needs more juice and another half of the meatballs and I’m hoping it will cook down some... Ohhhhhhhhh dear!

It sure tastes good tho. Nothing better than soup for a diet. ;) Of course I have to watch how much I eat, even if it doesn’t have any or just a few carbs in it. Sighhhhhhhhhhh... If I find room I’ll throw a few noodles in later. :)

...and the rest of the meat-a-balls.

Yummmmm, sounds delicious :) Hey, gran, here's an idea... don't allow it to cook down much more, instead, invite the rest of us over for diner. :)

Soup is good for a diet. I buy soup by the quart containers at my favorite little Chinese restaurant. It is a clear base soup tht is absolutely chocked full of good stuff, shrimp, chicken, beef, dumplings, snowpeas, carrots, celery, etc. Alone it is flavorful and very good, good but pretty mild, the thing that zips it up to another level is a small little cup of hot sauce.... Add that in and, oh, my, it will cure whatever ails ya :)
