I’d like to state for the record: The arctic temps are not my fault.

Naw, we don’t blame the arctic temps on you, Darks! The heat waves are your fault though. We all know your full of hot air...:P
To: derllak
Thanks for believing in me.
(Of course, the heat waves come from my actual place of origin.)

Oh, so that’s why you always smell like barbecued chicken! :)
To: derllak
That’s to cover the brimstone and asphalt like overtones.

The arctic temps are not my fault.Oh come now Caspar, you, of all wraiths, must bear responsibility for things like this. It's more sane to blame you than it is to blame "globull warming", so I'm going with you.....

Now now, just because someone frosted over your lake doesn’t mean it was me.

Well I was gonna stay away till after the coronation. Had a busy weekend booked, but it’s all been canceled because hubby’s got the cold that son brought home from the Philippines. Will I catch it too? Stay tuned to find out!
Unghhh! Urk!
To: Darlin'; Lakeshark
"Poor sharky. I'm guessin he must have turned into an icicle days ago." No doubt. I'm in Kentucky right now and I thought I was going to turn into a popsicle last night just going out to warm my dad's van up. It was no better in Arkansas when I left yesterday morning. It's a little better today, but still cold.
To: Lakeshark
FOFLOL. Yes, of course, we do shiver and shimmy when temperatures drop. We rarely have seriously cold and wintry weather and freezing temps even less all winter. OTOH, you, poor dahin' sharky, have to cope with it for months. Brrrr.
Our latest cold snap came and went in a couple of days, the weather all weekend and even today has been sunny, bright and mild.

Ummm, that sounds great. Our lovely weather has retuned, not quite as pleasant as yours sounds but much nicer than last week.

LOL. I’m so happy to be reading your post just now. It would have made me very envious had I seen it last week when we had a couple of nights with freezing temps.

Oh, my goodness, sweet, it has been bitter cold in both AK and KY. I don’t envy you being in either location.
