Click on FORMAT at the top then ROW HEIGHT and enter 15.33 in the little box that is displayed.
again
Click on FORMAT then COLUMN WIDTH and enter 2.4 --------ditto -------------------
Remember these numbers ROW 15.33 COLUMN 2.4

For those who do not have Excel this some of what the colored cells on an Excel spreadsheet looked like when shrunk to small rows and columns.
