Do they get newspaper delivery? They probably own the newspapers. I don’t think they have much problem with the utiities they are living on a river not in an ocean.
But you too can buy an island for $7,000,000 in Dubai, although it must be a least $10 million by now.
Of course you would need a helicopter and a boat too.

No, this is just Carnaval as we spell and pronounce it with three syllables with the accent on the second one.
Everyone wears a mask like that and the costumes are wonderful.
