I think that the 4th grader who evidently wrote this meant to say “classes” instead of “charges”. Not enough info here. Did he just yell, “You #$^% dog, I’m gonna kill you!” or was there more to it? Sloppy reporting....
Cops can *shoot* your dog out of pure enjoyment... but don’t say so much as a bad word to their dog....

It's enough to make me wish the dog pees in these particular cops' morning coffee.
A felony? For saying unpleasant things to a police dog?
What kind of people are these cops and DA's??? Pissing in their coffee is too good for them...but since we can't do that, let's ridicule them, to the full extent that the law allows.
Cowards. Titty-babies, hiding behind badges. Un-American, freedom hating weaklings. Abusers of authority, who unjustifiably and capriciously dilute the sancity and god-given rights of individuals, doing us all more harm than good. Parasites on society, unable to otherwise make a meaningful contribution to civilization, weedling their way into positions of power, so that they can be self-justified in their own small minded existence of living off of the largess of society. Power-tripping, pathetic cowards...woops, I already said "cowards"...
