I know that I heard something the other day about him being Mexican, but I didn’t want to go down that route until I was certain. Laurean doesn’t sound like a Mexican name to me, but what do I know? I wonder if he could have changed his name for some reason? I’m still highly curious about his family, and their not speaking out. Why would a parent not appeal to a child on American tv? Is it because they don’t want to be seen? Are they illegals?

Did you notice the aliases the FBI pointed out? Cesar Gudino and Cesar Sanchez. Where did he use these aliases? Why doesn't the FBI know his place of birth? I would think the Marine Corps would require this type of information with a birth certificate. The NCIC number I think refers to a National Crime Information Center number for Federal investigations. see here
