Laurean doesn’t sound like a Mexican name to me...

Did you notice the aliases the FBI pointed out? Cesar Gudino and Cesar Sanchez. Where did he use these aliases? Why doesn't the FBI know his place of birth? I would think the Marine Corps would require this type of information with a birth certificate. The NCIC number I think refers to a National Crime Information Center number for Federal investigations. see here

I would *think* that the Marines, the FBI and everyone with the need to know are aware of this. Maybe Cesar had a record in Mexico? Maybe he used aliases there? Maybe the authorities don’t want this info to be made public just yet so as not to tip off Laurean? I just hope he’s taken down but brought in alive.
