A little after ten, I heard that the Sea Level Fire Department in Carteret County (Morehead City toward Ocrakoke) is locked down due to a man hunt and that authorities are being very tight lipped.

Hmmm. Heading up toward another large Marine base wouldn’t exactly be a smart thing to do. If it’s him, maybe he’s got some buddies up there?

Also, from this statement, I wonder about the bus ticket she allegedly purchased on Dec. 14.

I guess this is a different incident (not a Marine). Don’t think this one has been apprehended, though. Mentally disturbed, and the girlfriend has a shotgun to protect herself.
