I wish that I could fix the truck at the ATM, but I just can't get it any better than that.
Regardless...we know who is responsible and I am confident that they will be punished either now or later. Can you imagine living with something like this for the rest of your life?

There is more video of the truck at the link posted at #1428. Looking at the reflection of light on the truck makes it more possible.
