Welcome;)

Great question - keep contributing - some of us are veterans from the Anna Nicole Smith threads which were/are also dedicated to a search for facts and desire for justice.

Not sure if our conversations have any influence - but the exchange of perspectives is enlightening.

There are a lot of questions that haven't been answered about the events in this case. I think a critical question comes down to when Maria was killed.

The roommate, Durham, said Maria was not that mobile due to her pregancy. Durham indicates he saw her car before he left for work (time?), but found the note from her once he returned from work (time?).

Christina says Maria was killed on the 15th. So where did Maria spend the night on the 14th? Friends would have come forward. She could have stayed in a hotel on the 14th, but why? Why not go back home?

If Christina says Cesear helped Maria buy a bus ticket on the 15th, what does help mean? If Maria had taken out $700, she had cash to buy the ticket. So if it wasn't financial, was it that she needed physical help because of her pregnancy? Which leads back to the unanswered question, where did Maria spend the night on the 14th?

If Maria was killed on the evening of the 15th while Christina was at the party, how could Cesear dispose of the body, clean up well enough all the blood stains so that Christina wouldn't notice, and move the car? That's too small of a window especially if the man is panicked and stressed.

Who took the car to the bus station? She had to drive it to the house. Did he drive it, then get a taxi back?

Christina saying the killing happened on the 15th is just too convenient. It sounds contrived after the fact, learning what had been reported in the press, as establishing an alibi.

Oooooh, I wish I had known about this site during the Anna Nicole saga !! Here are some other thoughts I have had:

a: my husband and I are both reservists(Marine corps and Air guard respectively) .. we have both spent almost two years on active duty. I know from experience that squadron and/or command parties are sometimes held at off base locations(i.e hotels) to allow those who are too intoxicated a place to sleep for the evening without having to drive drunk. I know everyone is quick to assume Christina was involved(I don’t trust her either) .. but isn’t it possible their babysitter “cancelled” or Cesar claimed he was sick, and Christina decided to go without him since they had paid for tickets?

b: If Christina WAS at the Christmas party, does this mean their daughter was home at the time of the crimes ? I understand she is only 18 months old, but I would think some sort of counselor or wellness check could tell if she was witness to a violent crime ? Children are known to show fear, anger, etc after experiencing something so horrific.

New article on WRAL:

Fugitive Marine to Be Featured on 'America's Most Wanted'

Quote in the article is not new but bears repeating:

"He became scared, took her body to a wooded area adjacent to his residence, and buried her. He obtained legal counsel and explained the facts to them. He was told that he was facing the death penalty," Dubois wrote.

If she committed suicide, why would his lawyers say he was facing the death penalty?
