About the Author:
Stephen L. Bloom (LikeLight) is a practicing attorney and frequent speaker on Christianity and the law. He is an Adjunct Professor of Business at Messiah College and a Consultant at the United Methodist Stewardship Foundation of Central Pennsylvania. He is a legal columnist for Good News Daily and the former host of the “Practical Counsel – Christian Perspective” radio program. Mr. Bloom has been actively involved in the leadership of numerous community and ministry organizations, including his church, where he is a Certified Lay Speaker. You can enlarge your book series, with a good book on how to make money in real estate, honestly.
No, not a million dollars a year, but a safe retirement, one cheap rental at a time, or one lot, that can be split into 2 or more, down the road.
The average person knows nothing about zoning, perc tests, what the cost of utilities is, etc.
When I was in real estate, I wrote a series for a local magazine, aimed at the beginner.
LOL, They had another writer, real fancy big words, that even I had no knowledge of.............and he lost his license for his get rich schemes.
There also needs to be a real book written about the gangs in America, you will be surprised when you dig into the subject and well frightened.
It is a real problem, I knew it was nation wide, but not how much it had spread.
I listen to the San Diego Police Scanner [I was raised there], and Thursday through Monday is gang night, violent is not a big enough word for what goes on.

I listen to #1 scanner, it pulls the undercover, FBI, and all the rest.
There must have been many people praying a few minutes ago, an Officer, held 5 at gun point, for several minutes, while waiting for backup.............and lived to still be on his feet, when the backup arrived.
Yes, I am laughing, as what is in my mind, might never take root in yours and without passion, you would hate doing the subject.
But if the seed is not planted, it has no chance to grow.
I think of seeds as “God’s Miracle”, hard brown little things, we hide in the ground and expect God to preform a miracle and turn them into dinner.
