I had to change the date for my next EchoCardiogram to the middle of April, and the visit with my Cardio Doc to the week after that. So I don't guess I can have any change of meds until then. I'm just thrilled that going off the lisinopril has stopped the coughing! The Avapro has a side effect of a bit of hoarseness, but nothing too bad. I was able to get through the Holy Week and Easter Masses without too much croaking while I sang. ;o)

I am hoping that my heart function is back to normal, though, and that I can then start weaning myself off the meds.

I’m still on the lisinopril 20mg twice a day...I’ve got a bit of a hacking cough, but I’ve also got problems with allergies right now...so I don’t know which is causing it.

Ugh. I have to go to work. It’s a “critical need” shift, meaning they really need the help and will therefore pay me five more bucks an hour if I’ll come in. Still, it’s a gorgeous day.

Oh well, it’s only for four hours.
