OK, I must not have been paying attention to the timing of the squeak, or is it a squeal? My van was squealing for a while. It would happen when I first started rolling, but then would stop as the van warmed up, or when I applied the brakes, so I knew it wasn’t the brakes. Turns out, it was a loose caliper on one of the brakes, and it wasn’t that expensive to fix.

It’s a squeal, most definitely, though I guess I said something else in one post. LOUD squeal. Really loud. It starts when I’m at a stop, and gets louder and louder until I move again, and then slowly goes away. Doesn’t happen at all when the van is warmed up. But it means that right now, I end up cussing out long stop lights when the van is cold.

I should just have it looked at, I know. And I will.
