I think the RCPII only came about in 2003 with a limited run, and only recently have they added it back in to their production line.
So yes, it’s fairly new.
I like that it’s just a no-compromise carry gun that still shoots with good accuracy, and it’s still a .45.
I agree, and I suspect it SHOULD be a little less expensive than the CDP Ultra II....

Thanks for the tip.... I should check the Kimber site more often than I do..... But since their product never misbehaves, no reason to contact them or check out their user’s forums.....
