Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Sing hey! for the bath at close of day
That washes the weary mud away!
A loon is he that will not sing:
O! Water Hot is anoble thing!
O! Sweet is the sound of falling rain.
and the brook that leaps from hill to plain;
but better than rain or rippling streams
is Water Hot that smokes and steams.
O! Water cold we may pour at need
down a thirsty throat and be glad indeed;
but better is Beer, if drink we lack,
and Water Hot poured down the back.
O! Water is fair that leaps on high
in a fountain white beneath the sky;
but never did fountain sound so sweet
as splashing Hot Water with my feet!
¿En el nombre de todo el que es santo, por qué?
¿por qué el infierno no?
Si usted embroma no se comporte, yo tendrá que dar vuelta a este hilo de rosca alrededor.
WELCOME BACK Corin - glad you are back in one piece...
btw - we’d like your blogger address.
Thanks, OB & LSA
Well, I don’t happen to have one either; I prefer the way the sig fits my hand. There is something out there for everyone, wheelguns or autos, and for some the quest will continue for years.
It's where you left it... between the trainwreck and the sitcomgonehorriblywrong...
"If you tease does not behave, I she will have to give return around to this thread of spiral."???
Freepmail sent...
Thank the babelfish. It’s supposed to say “if you kids don’t behave, I’ll have to turn this thread around.”
Aw, geesh. That’s just cruel. Funny (and with a large grain of truth...) but cruel.
Heh...using Altavista Babelfish to translate it back comes up with pretty much what g’nad wrote:
If you tease does not behave, I she will have to give return around to this thread of spiral.
Translating things like song lyrics through about four languages and back using babelfish is like a computer version of the old telephone game. It’s pretty funny. I won’t mention how many hours we spent playing with it at home when we first found it...
I got the jist... but the translation was a hoot...
Actually, it’s exactly what g’nad wrote. For some reason I missed a couple of words when I glanced through.
Ungh.
mission accomplished...
You know...as funny as that isn't, having just spent the week in New Orleans with people who lost everything I'm reminded of how blessed I really am.
One of the mornings there the director of the ministry we were working with talked about storing up your treasures in heaven, and the fact that for most of us, lots of our problems come because we have, or want, more stuff. But when all that stuff sits under 9 ft. of water for a month, you realize just how important it isn't.

Not Valerie told 'em she's "pretty sure" that's illegal.
I make none of this up.
That sounds like my life too.
LOLz - nom nom nom
Alas. Welcome back!
