Over on theblogs tonight someone asked, "Has Hillary ever seen Rocky?" and pointed out that in the movie (where he runs up the steps), he loses...to the black guy...

Evening Jen - LSA stopped by the comix book shop “Pulp Fiction” yesterday and asked the clerk about comic books and anmie things coming up in KC. He said that there was a convention this coming weekend but nothing next weekend.

Well, thanks! That was very considerate of you!

We will have to research the town and see what we can come up with.

Your Thinking is Abstract and Random
You are flexible, adaptable, and creative.
There's many ways that you can learn - and you're up for any of them.

You relate well to other people, and you do well working in groups.
You can help people communicate together and work with each other's strengths.

You don't work well with people who are competitive or adversarial.
You prefer to work toward a common goal... not toward conflicting goals.
What Kind of Thinker Are You?

Great minds think in similar ways!

Your Thinking is Concrete and Sequential
You are precise, orderly, and realistic.
You tend to get to the point and get things done.

Difficult, detailed work is easy for you. You take things step by step.
Time limits aren't a problem for you either. You work well with deadlines.

What does drive you crazy is any sort of task that isn't precisely laid out.
You don't like anything to be ambiguous. You prefer to deal with the facts at hand.

My abstract sequential mind is going to try to wish Caturday into existence.... I need one.

I started to ask you what the heck you were doing freeping at 3:00 a.m. until I realized the time stamps are still a bit hinky.

Dr’s appointment this morning. Blood work, etc...so I got in late.

Does that mean I can leave early?

So, I’m still only halfway through Season 3 of BSG. Here’s the question. I don’t think I want to start Season 4 before I’ve seen the rest.

Will I be able to catch this week and next week’s episodes on repeats or via the website? Or do I need to DVR them to make sure I have them available?

Discuss.

I dunno enough about how the TV scheduling works to answer...but they did show last week’s special (which I still need to watch - eek!) a number of times. So there’s that.

If ‘twere me, I’d probably DVR them.

I’d almost forgotten tonight was the night! Woo-hoo! Need to pick up popcorn or somethin’...

We’re hoping to get out on this gorgeous day and pour some concrete. ;o) Will have to see how SirKit’s research is going, though. When he gets an idea, he wants to get it down on paper and follow it as far as he can go.

I always thought the time stamps represented Pacific time, so 3am on the time stamp would mean 6am here on the East Coast, right?

You have the option of choosing your time zone. When things are working right, anyway. So posts show with the time they were posted in your own time zone.

Right now, they aren’t adjusting from server time, is my guess.

Don’t get too excited. It’s tomorrow night.

But the DVR is a good idea, just to be safe.
