Sounds great! Hope you find someone willing to pay your asking price, or very close to it!

So, if Van-sama goes anything like our Bonneville, you should have a half-dozen emails about it already ...

Not yet...
But hopefully.
I can always lower the price to a ridiculously low amount if I hafta, I guess...it’d still be more than a trade-in.
To: RosieCotton
Oh, no! Don't even think about lowering the price! You'll find that people will be all over it!

Oh, I just mean if it doesn’t sell in a few weeks...
I just hope it’s priced right. I kind of picked the middle ground between Edmunds’ TMV and the Blue Book.

I ‘spose besides listing it on Craigslist, it wouldn’t hurt to get one of those signs to stick in a window or something.

Started on the massive piles of branches in our yard from the November storms.
Filled up three 80-gallon yard waste carts (ours and two neighbors) and we’ve got twice as much still.

Geesh...I’m tired even just reading that...three carts full?
I guess the big issue back home is that there’s been enough snow to collapse a lot of roofs this year. Houses that have been there for fifty years or more. Impressive, if sad.
I’m marinating a big bowl o’ cheap beef to cook fer dinner, watching TV, and cleaning up a bit. Need to practice guitar, too...

Yeah, and now Talon’s doing our taxes and I’m finishing my exam.
And it’s not even Sunday yet.

Okay, if we're correct, Jr. is in the second episode that airs tomorrow night at 9:10.
He's just after you see this:

He's in the group of people in the upper right. Following a wagon. Just after this scene you see Adams coming through on a horse telling the men what is happening. He's dressed very similar to the guy in the lower right corner (at first I thought that was him).
It'll be a big night for us with Jr. making his HBO debut and us winning the HGTV Dream Home.

I got quite a bit of yard work done today, but between the arthritis, back pain and just feeling out of it, I had to stop around 3:00. And yes, I know I still need to schedule that physical.

Well, we've been needing to work over the pasture and spread/break up the poo, so today we called over to borrow the chain harrow from Tiffney. Problem was didn't have it, a different friend did, so we made do with our redneck harrow... pallets chained to a heavy round pole, and weighted down with a sand bag. We didn't take pictures of the process, but it did a good job of spreading the poop! Now we'll just let the pasture rest a month or so and hopefully... GROW.
I free lunged Bay a little afterwards, but these pictures are really to show the nice tidy pasture. ;~)

I spent all my childhood pretending I was off somewhere else... Off with you on one of your adventures :~)

I saw you out there with the truck! Glad the homemade harrow worked OK. You guys are pretty ingenious when it comes to improvising. ;-)
To: HairOfTheDog
I think I’m quite ready for another adventure...
