Back in the late 1960s most of the dirty, smelly, war protesting commies were in their early 20s. Currently most of the dirty, smelly, war protesting commies are in their early 60s.
It’s just one generation of dirty, smelly commies doing most of the war protesting, and they’re having a helluva time passing the tradition to the next generation.
Close. The original orgaziners of those Vietnam protests were the same Communists who also protested the US considering going to war against Nazi Germany; that is they opposed the war until Hitler betrayed their beloved Stalin.
There are old hands in this protest racket but they all come from the same political stripe.
There were useful idiot liberals who didn’t want to hear how it was Communists leading the movement. Well-intentioned housewives and the like. Doesn’t change that the leaders were Communists (Jane Fonda was quite outspoken about how we should all become Communists). Those who were/are ignorant of the Commie ties to these movements are willfully deceived.
But to acknowledge that there were/are Communists leading these movements against America would be to (A)question their patriotism and (B)smash the myth that the “Red Scare” was over a movement that posed no threat.
Well, they *would* have, except that by some strange coincidence, they are also the same generation that pioneered recreational abortion.
Oops, no offspring.
Cheers!
