There is no creature more loving and loyal than a dog. I think it was will Rogers who said that he didn’t really care where he went when he died, just as long as he went to where the dogs were.

I’ve adopted dogs that have been so abused that even with time, love and patience it wasn’t possible for them to recover.
I also once knew a black lab (abused) that it took a year for him to trust me enough to pet him. I was so thrilled when it happened that I phoned my then husband and told him about it.
Prayers for this dog. Its a cutie!

Dogs also make good judges of character in people.
Dogs have some kind of 6 th sense in them to discern either if people are good or bad.
