One of the zoo keepers made the statement that the structure SHOULD have been build in such a way that you could stand outside of it with raw meat strapped to your body without risking harm.
I would have to agree.
There is risk of harm in practically everything we do. Nothing is failsafe. Sometimes we pay for bad choices. That’s life. I wonder how many other people in that zoo that day just happened to have slingshots on them and just happened to be the ones attacked by the tiger?
This same damn cat mauled at almost the exact same time last year. Was the cat in heat? She’s a “breeder” and I heard she engaged in raucious sex with “Tony” a year ago.
Yes. And the zoo is going to pay big for their bad choices. They should have made the enclosure secure. But they chose not to and people died.
We are lucky that the zoo's negligence did not harm anyone else.
