In the article I read it says the slingshots were on them at the time. An empty vodka bottle was found in the car. Maybe it said somewhere else that the slingshots were found in the car but I don’t see it.

One of the zoo keepers made the statement that the structure SHOULD have been build in such a way that you could stand outside of it with raw meat strapped to your body without risking harm.

Going by what I heard on fox news this morning and the fact that no sling shot ammo was found in the cage. Cops said they found a couple of sticks and a pine cone. All of which could have been carried by a squirrel.
