They ain’t got no teeth there in West Virginia.

Cpl. S.E. Elliott said he had arrested the 36-year-old woman last week after seeing her slap a man, bite him on the elbow and spit in his face.

Apparently she has a toothbrush. Looks like somebody must have won on a scratch off.

Q: How do you know the toothbrush was invented in West Virgina?

A: If it had been invented elsewhere, it would have been called a "teethbrush."
