Did anyone catch National Treasure or AVP:R? Opinions?

I watched National Treasure - pretty good. Decent pacing, humour, and action. Also, it is a family-freindly film.

I saw National Treasure: Book of Secrets on Christmas Eve.

Short review: Not as good or inventive as the first, but still very good. It kept on reminding you of the first movie, and how much fun that all was the first time around, which reduces your enjoyment. Still a good movie. I'm glad I went to see it. However, if they are going to do NT III, they better come up with some new material

If somebody had seen the sequel without ever seeing the first movie, they would probably enjoy it much more.

I saw National Treasure II on Christmas Eve. Good movie, although not as fun-packed as the first, but still worth going to see.

Saw “National Treasure”. Wasn’t as good as the first one [a bit too formulaistic], but had some nice touches [Jon Voigt’s fear of the ex- Helen Mirren was a hoot]. Still, an entertaining two hours.

Ok movie, not a total waste of time or money. Not however a movie I’m going to watch again and again. Wife is a big fan Cage she just had to see it.

I saw NT. If you’ve seen the first one, you’ve seen this one too.

Extremely predictable. To the max. Not bad, but nothing you haven’t already paid to see.

Wait for it on cable. Go see ‘Legend’. It rocks!
