A grand jury charged Treptow with drive by shooting, reckless discharge of a firearm and terroristic threats.

What's that saying about indicting a ham sandwich? Even if the guard was in the wrong, the drive by and terrorism charges are a joke.

I think the choice of charges is telling. They didn’t charge him with any act against the other guy per se, just flipped through the books till they found suff they thought they could make stick relating to details of the encounter. If the state thinks the guy was wrong, why aren’t they charging him with ADW or something based on the substance of the incident like that?
