A grand jury charged Treptow with drive by shooting, reckless discharge of a firearm and terroristic threats.

What's that saying about indicting a ham sandwich? Even if the guard was in the wrong, the drive by and terrorism charges are a joke.

There have been extreme cases of policemen in that area brutalizing citizens. I know. It happened to my nephew in Coon Rapids. The police chased him into his parents’ bedroom, took him, and beat him senseless.

If that were the bedroom of another brother of mine, who tends to sleep with his pistol in close proximity, it might not have been my nephew that received the punishment.

God bless and protect this man, Treptow — and use him for police reform.
