No, I saw it too. Although it was well done, it was WAY too creepy for me and I think I missed at least 1/3 of the movie because my eyes were closed.
Cormac McCarthy was a horror genius for having Anton use a Cattle gun as his weapon of choice. The sound alone scared the merde out of me!
