Attacking people based on their Mormon faith is really disgusting and it is an insult to this great forum.

If it is A:

A. You're a Mormon, therefore, you're an immoral nutjob who can't possibly be trusted with respect to anything you're involved in.

Then it is disgusting and an insult.

If it is B:

B. You're a Mormon, therefore, you're believing in something promulgated by a 19th century New York version of L. Ron Hubbard who created a uniquely American version of British Israelism by ripping off large portions of the King James Version Bible and combining it with even longer portions of social commentary couched in the language of an anthropological/historical tale having no basis in fact that caused the early followers no end of trouble wherever they went until they went far enough west and found what amounted to an ecological niche where they could prosper to the point of being a large enough sociological force that it had to be reckoned with (though it could not, in the context of the laws of the United States, continue officially to maintain certain of its earliest and most distinctive features).

Then it is simply describing the historical record.

Attacking people based on any choice of faith used to be wrong.
We have seen that get thrown away because politicians want to use it on each other.

Funny, they claim ‘separation of church and state’ is in the constitution (which it isn’t) and yet want to mix the two during a debate.

It used to be that one discussed politics, what they did or didn’t like about the candidates, but one never divulged or tried to pin others down on their ‘vote’.

That was between you, your spouse, and the election box.

We have seen that get thrown away, as the enemy of freedom decided it needed to monitor and control the vote, in order to achieve it’s goals.

Polls really only have one true purpose.
