I'll say this, if our Mormon FReeper friends will still speak to the rest of us after this election is over, its either because the attacks on their religion stopped, or they're very, very patient and tolerant people.
Only Islam has been attacked more stringently here on FR, and it wasn't Mormon bishops steering those planes into the WTC and the Pentagon on 9/11. As an atheist, I don't have a dog in this fight, but I do know that most LDS people vote for the kinds of people FReepers vote for, and they are allies in the cause of keeping this country out of the hands of the socialist, race-baiting, greedy liberal Clymers in our midst.

No comparison.
And I wonder what you include in your version of attacks.
Discussing differences between belief systems hardly merit the term attacks.

If you had said that to me in person, I would have laughed in you face. I have heard many weird things before but your statements is just hahahahahahah!

And if Romney was a Scientologist, Hare Krishna, a member of Heaven's Gate, or a Wiccan, the 'attacks' would be the same.
It is perfectly okay to question the fitness of a cult member to become the GOP nominee.
It is okay to vote against a cult member for that reason too.
Religious freedom doesn't trump either free speech or common sense when one steps into the voting booth.
If Romney truly believes LDS tenets, he is manifestly unfit to be president...and should only be considered in the general election as the lesser of two evils if the GOP is collectively stupid enough to nominate him.

That strikes me as an honest, sincere post.
On another note, I pray and hope that Christ reveals Himself to you. God Bless.
