The irony is that he would surely get a LESSER sentence. In fact, he would probably a get lesser sentence in many jurisdictions, not just Vermont.
That’s the truly revolting thing about this Vick case. The vast majority of the protesters outside the courthouse calling for Vick’s head are people that do not support the death penalty or mandatory prison sentences for Pedophiles.
