i found it and put in the proper web key but it still says not connected. it says limited or no connectivity. i was on the phone with tech and he couldnt figure it out.

they are sending someone out here to check it out. thanks for your help. it's something with static IP settings or something.

turns out is was a setting on the wireless router. i guess there is ONE setting that is different on a particular model of netgear router and i happened to get one of these models. they look the exact same and the setting wasn’t setup right in the initial installation. so the problem was with the cable guy! thanks again.
